In operation since 1970, Reynolds Conversion Services Department is one of the most experienced scanning and microfilming bureaus in the world. Equipped with state-of-the art technologies, this highly trained team works on complex conversion projects. Conversion Services employees enjoy a pleasant, modern environment and stable work. Employees have the opportunity to learn the latest in conversion technologies and receive complete paid job training. Strict quality, performance, and productivity standards are required.

  • Scan documents using production-level scanners
  • Identify document types
  • Locate and key index information
  • Adjust scanner settings as needed to ensure optimal scans

  • Proficient in Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or 7 (navigating, moving and managing files and directories), Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to quickly see small details on documents and monitors

  • Perform quality control check on microfilmed documents to ensure legibility and quality
  • Verify index information
  • Insert strips of microfilm into corresponding jacket (plastic sleeve) using jacketing machine
  • Prepare and regulate jacketing machine by setting and adjusting controls
  • Contribute to continuous quality and productivity improvements
