most experienced scanning and microfilming bureaus in the world. Equipped
with state-of-the art technologies, this highly trained team works on
complex conversion projects. Conversion Services employees enjoy a pleasant,
modern environment and stable work. Employees have the opportunity to learn

- Scan documents using production-level scanners
- Identify document types
- Locate and key index information
- Adjust scanner settings as needed to ensure optimal scans

- Perform quality control check on microfilmed
documents to ensure legibility and quality
- Verify index information
- Insert strips of microfilm into corresponding
jacket (plastic sleeve) using jacketing machine
- Prepare and regulate jacketing machine by
setting and adjusting controls
- Contribute to continuous quality and productivity improvements
