INVENTORY CONTROL

Space-efficient cabinets provide organization, security, consolidation, and improved productivity, while saving valuable floor space. They are well-suited for storing files, binders, books, printouts, CDs, video tapes, microfilm/fiche, supplies, pharmaceuticals, blueprints, artwork, etc. 

In order to maximize storage space and reduce floor space requirements, space-efficient cabinets are required. Traditional lateral and vertical cabinets do not maximize storage or save floor space.

Russ Bassett SlimCase - Significantly more storage in much less space than traditional lateral files

Russ Bassett SlimCase is designed specifically to maximize capacity for “end-tab” file folders. It also accommodates other file & record formats including top-tab folders, binders and media.

With office space shrinking and the cost for it increasing, getting the maximum capacity in the least amount of floorspace; and, wasting the least amount of vertical air-space is mandatory.

How do you make a steel file more cost effective & space efficient?

• Use a 14.5” deep footprint vs. 18 or 20” used in a traditional lateral file

• Increase capacity to 40 filing inches per shelf vs 39” in a traditional lateral drawer

• Incorporate 5,6,7 & 8 filing tiers vs. 2, 3, 4 & 5 drawers in a traditional lateral file

Russ Bassett Hardcopy Gemtrac - High-density closed storage system for letter size "end tab" folders

Gemtrac is a high density “enclosed” storage system consisting of two large cabinets connected by an overhead track system. Large drawers are like pull-out shelving. Drawers in one cabinet share the overhead tracks and pull-out towards the opposite cabinet exposing 7-tiers of shelving.
