more critical. Reynolds provides qualified
technical service on a wide range of imaging, microfilm,
and storage systems.
Reynolds services both
automated and manual filing systems. Manual
systems, excluding high density movable shelving, are
generally serviced on a time and materials basis.
Automated systems are generally serviced under a
maintenance agreement. Regular maintenance is
essential to the continued function of automated filing
equipment and to prevent the need for costly repairs.

typically include three annual preventive
maintenance inspections.
